We’re looking for a caring, committed Care Assistant to join our Stirling team, supporting clients across Stirling, Dunblane, Bridge of Allan, and nearby areas.

Excellent hourly rate: £14.50–£15.60/hour
Full run time paid
Travel paid at 45p/mile
Longer visits (minimum 45-minute personal care sessions)
Ongoing support and training from our wider Hamill Homecare network
Choice of Permanent (average 30 hours/week) or Zero Hours contract

What you'll need:

Recent and relevant professional care experience
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable approach
Flexibility to meet changing client needs
Understanding of National Care Standards
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Key Details:

Variety of shifts including AM, PM, and at least one split shift per week
Based in the Stirling area (on the road role)
UK work authorisation required
