Care shouldn’t stop when the day end. Our overnight care, whether waking or sleeping, runs from 11pm to 7am, giving peace of mind and consistent support throughout the night.
Our hourly rate is £39, each reflecting the same unhurried, compassionate approach that focuses on comfort, safety, and wellbeing – not just ticking off tasks.
How Overnight Care Works
The carer providing your overnight care will be a member of your regular care team, ensuring continuity and familiarity. They will be fully trained to meet all of your care needs and remain alert and attentive throughout their shift.
Our overnight carers provide active support throughout the night, responding to any needs that arise while ensuring you feel safe and comfortable in your own home.

How do I pay for Overnight Care?
You can arrange for Hamill Homecare to provide overnight care either:
Privately: You will be responsible for all costs
Using SDS Option 2: You are given an assessed budget by the Council and have the freedom to choose your own care company. You may need to pay a ‘top up’ to meet our costs.


What happens next?
Following your initial enquiry and once we have a basic understanding of your needs, our care co-ordinator will visit your home to complete a thorough assessment. This assessment forms the basis of your personalised care plan.
