We're an independent, family-run home care agency founded by Dr Louise Hamill in 2016, with an Excellent grade from the Care Inspectorate.

Whether you’re looking into care for yourself or a family member, we’ll listen to what you need and what matters most. We arrange a small team of dedicated carers who know your needs and turn up at agreed times.

Care should never be rushed and we don’t believe in cutting corners. That’s why all our home care visits have minimum time durations, giving our team the time to support each client to the full extent.

Our rate is starting from £39.50 per hour, and that includes thoughtful, unhurried care that focuses on each person’s overall wellbeing – not just a checklist of tasks.

Initial Consultation and Assessment
Every journey begins with a thorough consultation. We take the time to meet with you and your family to understand your needs, routines, preferences, and expectations. This helps us build a clear picture of what kind of support is needed.

Personalised Care Planning
Following the assessment, we create a tailored care plan for you. The plan outlines exactly what care will be provided, when, and by whom. It is flexible and reviewed regularly to ensure it stays relevant as needs change.
