Home Care in Stirling

At Hamill Homecare, we provide home care across Stirling, helping adults aged 16 and over to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Historic stone buildings with stepped gables and a clock tower line a cobbled street in Stirling beneath a cloudy sky.

We're an independent, family-run home care agency, founded in 2016 by Dr Louise Hamill and graded Excellent by the Care Inspectorate.

Whether you need a little help yourself or are arranging care for a loved one, we’ll take time to understand what matters to you. You’ll have a small, consistent team of carers who turn up when they say they will.

Care should never be rushed and we don’t believe in cutting corners. That’s why all our visits have minimum durations: personal care visits are a minimum of 45 minutes, respite care is a minimum of 4 hours per week, and overnight care runs from 10pm to 7am. Our rate is starting from £39.50 per hour, and that includes thoughtful, unhurried care that focuses on each person’s overall wellbeing – not just a checklist of tasks.

Initial Consultation and Assessment
Every journey begins with a thorough consultation. We take the time to meet with you and your family to understand your needs, routines, preferences, and expectations. This helps us build a clear picture of what kind of support is needed.

Personalised Care Planning
Following the assessment, we create a tailored care plan for you. The plan outlines exactly what care will be provided, when, and by whom. It is flexible and reviewed regularly to ensure it stays relevant as needs change.
